Shipping policy

🚚 Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping across Egypt:

  • Cairo & Giza: 80 EGP

  • Outside Cairo (All Other Governorates): 90 EGP

Shipping fees are non-refundable, even in the case of an approved return or refund request. In any return or exchange process, the customer is responsible for paying the delivery fee.

⏱️ Delivery Timeframe

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • Once shipped, delivery usually takes:

    • 2–4 business days for Cairo & Giza

    • 5–7 business days for other governorates

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier availability, holidays, or high-demand periods.

📦 Order Processing

  • Orders placed after 5 PM may be processed the next business day.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Fridays or national holidays.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will be contacted by our courier to confirm delivery.

📍 Delivery & Courier Policy

  • Please make sure your phone number is reachable and your shipping address is complete and accurate. Incomplete or incorrect information can lead to delivery delays or failed delivery attempts.

  • Upon delivery, customers are encouraged to try on the item in front of the courier to verify size, fit, and quality.

    • Refunds are only possible if an issue is found during delivery while trying on the item in the presence of the courier.

  • Items that are not accepted during delivery must be returned immediately with the courier.

🛑 Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to reach you or deliver the package after repeated attempts:

  • The order may be canceled.

  • The customer may still be charged the delivery fee to cover courier costs.

📬 Delivery Confirmation

Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery is out of our direct control, and we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services. However, we’re always here to help if issues arise — just contact us at crtfd.eg@gmail.com.

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently offer cash on delivery as our primary payment method. Please have the correct amount ready upon the courier’s arrival.
